Every month money is deducted from your paycheck before taxes and put into a VEBA account. This money is invested, and you can allow this money to accrue to use at a later date. Or, you can be reimbursed now for copays or out-of-pocket medical, dental, or vision expenses. To check your balance and/or be reimbursed you need to follow these steps...

  1. Go to the VEBA Website at

  2. Click on "Participant Login" on the upper right.

  3. Here you either need to "Register" or login using your username and password you've set previously.

  4. If you do not know your account number or have questions during this process, you can call 1-888-828-4953 or email

  5. Once you login, you should see links to what you need.
